UKinbound Annual Convention takes place in February each year. The event is in a different location each year. Previous events have been held in Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, Inverness, and Bristol among others. The event combines seminars and workshops, networking events, pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings and the annual Awards for Excellence dinner event.

The 2027 Annual Convention will take place in Newcastle and Gateshead, in partnership with Destination North East England.
