About

This new event, taking place on Wednesday 25th of February 2026 at the Bath & West Showground, brings regional, artisanal products right into the heart of Somerset, where producers can share their knowledge and expertise with buyers from the region. Despite Somerset’s rich food and drink scene, businesses in the region haven’t had a dedicated trade show – until now!

It’s a one day opportunity to meet a fantastic selection of food and hospitality businesses all under one roof, whether you’re from a café, restaurant, farm shop, pub, deli, or catering business. It’s not just food and drink though! Alongside high-quality produce, you’ll find innovative equipment, EPoS systems, and business services.

Meet key South West, UK and international food and drink producers, as well as service providers, alongside a superb selection of Taste of the West (the regional food group) members.
