BAU Drinks is a Bristol-born distillery founded by two brothers, crafting ready-to-serve cocktails for the hospitality and service industries. Its focus is on elevating the cocktail experience for customers, whilst also offering a simple, consistent solution for the teams who serve them.
Using a science-led approach, the team crafts their drinks by meticulously researching, testing, and elevating core principles of each cocktail to rebuild them into more flavourful drinks.
As well as their range of cocktails, including frozen, the team also distils their own spirits and creates bespoke liqueurs and bitters, which are incorporated into their drinks. Curating both the classics, such as their indulgent Espresso Martini, to signatures such as Elder Meadows and Winter Solstice, showcasing the best produce the seasons have to offer, each cocktail is crafted to deliver in quality, taste, and that perfect serve.
