Workforce for the Future supports you to engage with schools and colleges, to create and deliver business-led student activities which will impact and influence your future workforce.

Assessing the needs of your business, whether it is talent shortages, diversity and inclusion, skills gaps, staff development or brand awareness, we align your priorities and help you to create and deliver inspiring activities to students. These activities could be anything from an hour to a week, depending on your needs.

You will receive ongoing support from concept to the delivery of activities with:

• A way to share your expertise and to grow key future skills
• Support to create and deliver inspiring activities, online or in person
• A personalised talent pipeline Action Plan
• A brokered introduction to one or more of our 95 secondary schools and colleges 
• An opportunity to improve equality, diversity, inclusion, social mobility and CSR

Workforce for the Future is a free, bespoke service designed to help small to medium-sized enterprises to identify and address their future skills needs through business diagnostics and by upskilling and retraining employees. As it is a three-year programme, you can decide on the partner support you need to suit your business priorities and when you would like it. Eligible organisations can receive support from all our partners including Adviza, Bath College, Business West, City of Bristol College, University of the West of England, Weston College, WTPN and ourselves.
