Visit West Marketing internship (paid), June-September 2025

About us:

Visit West is the Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) for the West of England. We work with local authorities and businesses within the area to develop, manage, and promote the region's visitor economy. We are a public / private partnership, operating on a not-for-profit basis, with a commercial membership scheme for businesses to access a unique set of benefits and services to reach this diverse consumer, trade and business audience.

The Opportunity:

We have the opportunity to recruit for a paid summer internship, working within the Marketing team from June to September 2025. The role is varied and provides a great experience, specifically in consumer destination marketing in one of the UK's most successful LVEP organisations. The successful candidate will gain experience in digital marketing, social media, PR, events, and campaigns, working across our consumer channels of Visit Bath and Visit Bristol, as well as being able to contribute lived experience insights. The role includes daily use of our CRM, and both the content and product management systems for our websites. There will also be opportunities to assist and experience the work of the other teams within the organisation during the internship.

Details:

The role will be hybrid, with a mix of office (Central Bristol) and home working as well as attendance at external events in the region. This internship is paid at £24,242.40 (pro rata) and is 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays)
