Bath Spa University is inviting Bath- based hospitality and tourism businesses to take part in an exciting focus group, exploring how online customer reviews can be used to drive bookings, boost customer satisfaction, and strengthen brand reputation. This research will also explore whether tools like AI-assisted replies can enhance customer engagement. Join fellow business leaders for a collaborative discussion regarding best industry practices, with refreshments provided.

Travel costs will be reimbursed with receipts, if you are driving to the campus then free parking permits will be available.
