Bath Spa University is inviting Bath-based hospitality and tourism businesses to take part in exciting research, exploring how online customer reviews can boost bookings and customer satisfaction. The research will also explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in handling online customer reviews. This is an academic project, and the university does not profit from businesses' participation.
As a thank you for participating, your business will receive a free, tailored sentiment analysis of your online reviews from the past 12 months, powered by ReviewsBlender. This one-time offer is only available to businesses participating in the study.
