About

The Bristol Pavilion is a premium, versatile events and conference venue set within the iconic Seat Unique Stadium, home of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, offering a unique and memorable backdrop for networking, corporate functions, social events and celebrations. Located just north of Bristol city centre with excellent transport links and free on-site parking, it combines flexible, contemporary event spaces with bespoke in-house catering and exceptional service, making it ideal for everything from intimate meetings to large-scale conferences and celebrations.

Conferences & Meetings

The Bristol Pavilion delivers a standout conferences and meetings offering, with a variety of adaptable event spaces designed to suit business needs of all sizes. Modern, tech-equipped suites such as the Premier Lounge, Jessop Suite and Grace Room offer contemporary AV facilities, integrated sound systems, plasma screens and flexible layouts ideal for boardroom meetings, workshops, training sessions, seminars and large corporate gatherings. Whether hosting a small executive strategy session or an all-day conference for larger delegate numbers, the venue’s spaces can be tailored to your objectives, supported by a dedicated events team from planning through to delivery.

With additional breakout spaces including six hospitality boxes and relaxed networking areas such as the Thatcher’s Bar and Korev Terrace, events can easily incorporate informal discussion moments, panel sessions or sponsor activations. High-speed Wi-Fi and multiple layout options ensure seamless connectivity and flow throughout your programme, while bespoke catering packages enhance the delegate experience with fresh, tailored food and refreshment options.

Parties & Social Events

The Bristol Pavilion excels at hosting stylish and sociable celebrations, offering flexible event spaces perfect for everything from relaxed drinks receptions to themed parties and milestone celebrations. Dedicated bar facilities, dance floors, high-quality AV and ample space for entertainment allow every social event to be delivered with energy and atmosphere.

Summer Parties - during the summer months, the venue’s bright and open spaces, including the Korev Terrace overlooking the pitch, provide an ideal setting for summer parties, corporate socials and outdoor networking receptions. The Korev Terrace features a relaxed mix of stools, high tables, benches and deck chairs, alongside an outdoor bar, creating an informal and sociable atmosphere. The terrace works particularly well when used alongside the Grace Room, allowing guests to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces. Bespoke menus can be curated to suit the occasion, including our Summer Grill menu, seasonal buffets and informal dining options, delivering a vibrant and memorable summer experience for guests.

Christmas Parties - for festive celebrations, The Bristol Pavilion offers tailored Christmas party experiences featuring seasonal menus, welcome drinks, dance floors and resident DJ entertainment. Flexible room sizes allow for both private Christmas parties and shared party nights, making it a popular choice for corporate festive celebrations.

Gala Dinners & Private Dining

The Bristol Pavilion offers elegant settings for gala dinners, awards evenings and formal dining events. Spacious suites such as the Grace Room can host larger banquets with plated or buffet dining, including refined three-course menus created by the venue’s in-house catering team. Events are complemented by integrated AV for speeches and presentations, customisable layouts and attentive, professional service.

For smaller private dining occasions, including executive dinners or VIP client entertainment, more intimate spaces such as the Premier Lounge or hospitality boxes provide a refined environment. Guests can enjoy bespoke three-course menus prepared by the in-house catering team, alongside private bar access and personalised service for a premium dining experience.

Competitive Socialising & Team Building

The Bristol Pavilion provides flexible spaces suitable for team building activities, competitive socialising and interactive corporate experiences. From hosted indoor challenges to wellbeing sessions or themed games, activities can be incorporated into conference agendas or standalone events, with the venue’s experienced team supporting delivery and logistics.
