6 O'clock Gin Tasting Experience gives you unrivalled insight into the process and history behind 6 O’clock Gin, and their range of spirits. They will tell the story of how their award-winning gin began and evolved over time, and you’ll learn about the craftsmanship behind the distillation process and what makes their gins so ‘Strikingly Smooth’. 

To begin your voyage of discovery, you'll be served a 6 O'clock Gin & Tonic on arrival. Their tutored tasting includes 3 of our gins, they’ll share the secrets of their origins and production methods, and you’ll discover the botanicals that make 6 O’clock Gin London Dry so ‘Strikingly Smooth’.

To conclude the experience, you’ll be able to browse the onboard shop, taking advantage of a 10% discount on the day, then choose your favourite gin & mixer to enjoy whilst you relax in the waterfront bar. For any designated drivers, we’ll have a ‘take away’ option so you can enjoy your perfect 6 O’clock G&T at home, and there are non-alcoholic alternatives available during the experience.

  • Public classes Fridays at 6pm, they can accommodate private bookings as well on other days.

 Cocktail Masterclasses are the perfect activity for cocktail enthusiasts. Join 6'oclock for an interactive masterclass, as our expert team guide you through the creation of two artisan gin-based cocktails - a classic Martini, and something a little different! You’ll learn about the origins of these cocktails, and how they craft some of the ingredients used. This gin experience lasts approximately 1 hour, and is held at their central Bristol venue, The Glassboat, where all required equipment and ingredients will be provided. To conclude the experience, you’ll be able to browse the onboard shop, taking advantage of a 10% discount on the day, then choose your favourite gin & mixer to enjoy whilst you relax in the waterfront bar. For any designated drivers, they’ll have a ‘take away’ option soyou can enjoy your perfect 6 O’clock G&T at home, and there are non-alcoholic alternatives available during the experience.
