Conferences & Meetings
The Meetings & Events Centre at The Bristol Hotel is located adjacent to the hotel, with a separate entrance and its own generous lobby, lounge and private bar area providing an exclusive environment. Nine versatile meeting rooms include the Ballroom with windows facing the harbourside for meetings of up to 400 theatre and 200 cabaret style set up, The George White Suite is ideal for meetings and training sessions for up to 50 people and four Executive boardrooms house from 6 – 12 people. All rooms surround a large Meetings and Events foyer with coffee and catering space. In addition, The William Jessop Suite housed in the main hotel, offers space for up to 100 guests with a private lounge area, ideal for refreshment breaks. Rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and integral projectors with Clickshare connections. The flexible event rooms at The Bristol Hotel provide a range of settings for weddings, cocktail parties and social events of 25 to 400 people. For something a little different, Rick’s bar on the waters edge is ideal for private parties of up to 80 people. With a outside patio, cool vibe, delicious plates and the perfect pour, parties here will be memorable.
Gala Dinners & Private Dining
The Ballroom at The Bristol Hotel is the perfect setting for Gala Dinner celebrations of up to 300. Floor to ceiling windows afford lovely views overlooking the Bristol harbourside. Deep rich carpets and Waterford crystal chandeliers give that feeling of opulence for that special occasion. For smaller private dining occasions, the William Jessop Suite, with it’s elegant decor and an abundance of natural light hosts up 100 guests for dinner, whilst The George White Suite offers an intimate dining space option for up to 50 people.

Being in the centre of Bristol there is nearby access to green spaces and the harbourside for external team building events and treasure hunts. The flexible meeting rooms at The Bristol Hotel provide the perfect place for a whole range of internal team building events from external operators such as: Crystal Maze, Human Football and Bake Off to name but a few. The hotel has links with local companies to work with for teambuilding activities to suit the occasion.

The Bristol Hotel has 187 bedrooms in total with a range of rooms to suit all requirements. The room types include 21 Cosy and Standard Rooms, 80 Classic Rooms, 83 Deluxe Rooms, 1 Junior Suite and 2 Suites. Within the combination are 20 twin rooms and 4 accessible rooms, and with the deluxe categories a mix of Queen and King rooms. Every room has stylish decor and an abundance of light with either city or harbour views giving you a city centre haven for your downtime.
Social Impact
The Bristol Hotel is always looking at ways to work with the community and charities, offering a charity dinner package to registered charities for their events. At Christmas, a donation is made to Tree Aid in lieu of crackers and when bedrooms are booked, guests can donate to Tree Aid via their website. The Bristol Hotel also has a nominated annual charity, chosen by the staff.
