Spitfire Hangar exterior

About

Spitfire Hangar is first and foremost a space for the community. It is a space for gathering, wellbeing and celebrating.

Housing both the Bristol institution, Mokoko bakery and a forthcoming state-of-the-art gym, this venue offers local residents' space to join, meet and be together. Our activities and events programme will seek to represent the needs of our community, with a varied calendar of health and wellbeing, cultural, educational activities with provision for all age groups.

Conferences & Meetings

Spitfire Hangar offers a flexible range of spaces available to hire for between 2 and 300 guests. From Meeting Pods for focused collaboration, a dedicated executive boardroom or theatre style conferencing, there is a room, or combination of spaces that will suit your needs.

The venue can provide tea and coffee, as well as working with external catering teams to ensure refreshments are delivered when you need them.

Parties & Social Events

Spaces offer the perfect backdrop to a party or gathering. You can do a whole floor take over to accommodate large numbers or zones of activity or select a single space for a more intimate affair.

The sound system allows you to build your own playlist and connect directly to the speakers via Bluetooth or welcome in a DJ to get the party started.

You can also add on use of the kitchen space to store and prepare food.

Competitive Socialising & Team Building

Spitfire Hangar has event spaces to accommodate workshops, team building and company away-days. Their spaces are large and flexible offering a blank canvas for your ideas and creativity to come to life.

Social Impact

Spitfire Hangar is operated by the Brabazon Community Trust, a registered charity. The Trust’s mission is to be of benefit to the local community providing both health and recreational facilities, as well as spaces for all ages to come together and connect. The venue will also provide space for the provision of youth services delivered through South Gloucestershire Council.

By booking with Spitfire Hangar, you support both the charity and running of this community space for many years to come.
