Racks is buried in the cellars of Bristol’s old wine merchants. Full of historic charm and warmth, Racks is the perfect place to pop in for a drink or sit down to enjoy a meal. Racks can cater for all kinds of events and accommodate parties of up to 170 people with free venue hire 

Conferences & Meetings 

Racks offers flexible options for meetings and conferences in multiple spaces across the venue with a range of hire options and food and drink packages to choose from. 

The Engine Room is the perfect space for private meetings for up to 8 guests. Equipped with a smart TV with A/V facilities, printing and private WIFI. 

Parties & Social Events

Racks is the perfect party venue with a variety of options for all events and group sizes! They offer free venue hire, private dining, amazing Summer and Christmas parties and a wide choice of party food options. 

Summer Parties - the newly refurbished Pergola is the ideal spot for your Summer party. With delicious BBQ and buffet menus to choose from, and a selection of inclusive food and drink packages designed to make your life easier, it's the perfect option for birthdays, celebrations and work-dos this summer. 

They are also known for having one of Bristol’s best al fresco dining areas, with a gorgeous pergola and plenty of seating options for different group sizes. They also have two state-of-the-art grills so you and your guests can enjoy your party menus al fresco (weather permitting!). 

Christmas Parties - every Christmas, they build a one of a kind Apres Ski Lodge, bursting with festive cheer. With a delicious three-course menu, exclusive festive cocktails, and truly iconic interiors, a Christmas spent at Racks is a Christmas well-spent. 

Gala Dinners & Private Dining 

Whatever the occasion, Racks can offer both informal and formal private dining opportunities, from luxurious wedding breakfasts to a beer and burger on a stag do. With multiple areas available for free hire no matter what size your group is, they can cater for you, whether that be a large group of 50 or a small intimate party of 8. 

Social Impact

 Each year, Quarter staff choose which charity to support through a voting system, where the only criteria is that the charity is based in Bristol or the South West. This year, they are proud to support The Grand Appeal, is the Bristol Children's Hospital Charity, transforming the lives of sick children from Bristol, the South West and beyond.
