Looking for a unique venue on Bristol’s Harbourside? Bristol Aquarium offers a variety of options for your event, with meeting room space, exhibition space, a 300 seater auditorium and Aquarium displays with thousands of marine life and exotic plants. 

Conferences & Meetings

The venue offers a variety of options for conferences and meetings of varying sizes and requirements. 

The Turing Room is the venue's spacious, purpose-built meeting room with natural light, projector and screen, wifi, flipchart and a dedicated lobby area for registration or refreshments.  

The Parsons Concourse features tall glass windows that flood the room with natural light, curved brick walls ideal for exhibitions, and high ceilings that create an open, airy feel. Its unique atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for meetings, workshops, and team away days. Please note that no A/V facilities are available in this space. 

The Bristol Megascreen is the 300 seater cinema auditorium which offers a unique and impactful setting for lectures and conferences. The venue is fully accessible via lift, with 10 dedicated wheelchair spaces, and includes A/V connectivity from stage to projector. Please note that A/V services are available at an additional cost to the venue hire fee. Includes Wifi and networking lobby outside the auditorium. 

Parties & Social Events 

Transform your social event with an after-hours aquarium visit. Invite your guests under the sea and have the entire aquarium to yourselves for an evening! Wander through the displays to marvel at marine life and lit-up botanical houses, giving guests a different experience from the daytime. Continue to party the night away in the canopied main foyer with a drink in hand.  

Catering, guided tours and welcome drinks available upon request. 

Gala Dinners & Private Dining

The team can liaise with external caterers who will be able to produce a menu to suit your needs. 

Competitive Socialising & Team Building 

Bristol Aquarium have a few team building activities for groups to get involved with. If your group would like to be more environmentally conscious the venue can organise litter picking activities on the harbourside, so you can make a difference in keeping Bristol’s harbourside wildlife friendly! They can also provide team building quizzes for inside the aquarium both fun and educational when learning about the animals and a photography treasure hunt.  

Social Impact

Bristol Aquarium are partnered with a few charities both local and UK based. They can work together with clients to provide experiences which can help these charities, either through raising money or through direct help like litter picking on the harbourside.
