Bristol Beacon is run by Bristol Music Trust; a charity that uses music to bring joy, engage and inspire. They are committed to a wide range of charity and outreach initiatives that make music accessible to everyone.

Through partnerships with local organisations and their own programs, they support disadvantaged groups, provide opportunities for young people, and create inclusive spaces where creativity can thrive. Their education programs aim to inspire the next generation of musicians and music lovers. From workshops and school projects to mentoring and performance opportunities, they help young people develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of music, reaching over 30,000 young people across Bristol every year.  

Key initiatives include Beacon Music Centre, which offers tuition and rehearsal spaces for schools and community groups; Creative Learning Projects that bring music into classrooms across Bristol; and Inclusive Ensembles such as youth orchestras and choirs, designed to welcome participants from all backgrounds.
