Sustainability

6 O'Clock gin use compostable tasting cups on their tour as well as have introduced plastic pouches for gin refills (which are also fully recyclable, and produce less carbon emissions to produce than glass bottles). The distillery also any waste gin (the heads and tails of the batch they are distilling and don't want to sell as it's not the best part, 'the hearts' of the gin) to use for cleaning on site. They also use solar panels which generate more energy than is used on site.
