About

Welcome to Aldwick Estate, an idyllic place to visit. Take a tour of an English vineyard and sample award-winning English wine.

Located at the Eastern edge of Blagdon Lake in one of the most tranquil corners of the Yeo Valley, Aldwick is devoted to producing quality wine and proudly offer tours of their 11 acres of vines across two vineyards.

Delve into the history behind the vineyard Estate and their future aspirations; cultivate an understanding of English viticulture; witness the development of grapes from which their wine will be made and assess the results of their labours by sampling their available vintages.

Led by a knowledgeable guide, the tour commences with a sample glass of sparkling wine, while watching a short video presentation, followed by a vineyard walking tour, and concluding with a tasting session. Tours last approximately 90 minutes, depending on group size.

Why not extend your stay with a picnic hamper to take into the grounds, or enjoy a relaxing countryside break? The Estate offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms and boasts two spacious self-catering apartments.

Whether you are visiting Aldwick Estate for a vineyard tour, wedding, party, business event or just want to drop in and buy their award-winning English wine, a warm welcome will await you.
