Accommodation includes Executive Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Bath Spa Rooms (with exclusive in-bathroom thermal water access via roll-top bathtubs), Junior Suites, King Suites (with sofa beds ideal for families), Two-Bedroom Suites, and The Gainsborough Suite. The hotel offers accessible rooms specifically designed for guests with impaired mobility. All rooms feature five-star amenities including flat-screen HD TV, Roberts radio with Bluetooth, Nespresso coffee makers, complimentary WiFi, complimentary minibar, climate control, heated bathroom floors. Additional facilities include a 24-hour fitness centre and onsite spa facilities with complimentary Bath House access for hotel guests from 8-10am and 7-9pm daily.
