Executive Chef, Hywel Jones, will create a menu to fit the occasion and the sommelier will ensure fine wines to accompany.  

For a special event like no other, Lucknam Park is available to hire for exclusive use of the venue, including all 42 luxurious bedrooms and suites, and 9 country cottages, award-winning spa, onsite equestrian centre and 500 acres to allow your memorable event come to life. 

Conferences & Meetings 

From intimate meetings to exclusive opulent celebrations Lucknam Park has the space for any occasion. Luxury receptions, historic rooms, and attention to detail all come together to create the perfect backdrop to any celebration. Small gatherings and breakout sessions enjoy the intimate surroundings of the Boardroom and Wallis rooms. The Walmesley and Music Rooms are perfect for smaller working lunches, meetings and dinners, whilst the elegance of Restaurant Hywel Jones is ideal for the larger parties and conferences. There is also a selection of beautifully secluded outdoor spaces perfectly suited to other types of events. 

Gala Dinners & Private Dining 

There are 4 fabulous rooms suitable for elegant cocktail receptions and exclusive dinner parties from 8 to 30. For that very special occasion why not consider an exclusive use of the main house with 42 bedrooms and private dining for up to 80. 

Fabulous food is an essential element to any great party or event and the hotels Executive chef and his brigade transform the freshest and best organic, local produce into pictures on a plate. Dishes that more than match the ambience of the private reception and dining rooms and indeed the beauty of the gardens. In order to maintain the highest quality of service and standards for all of our guests, parties of 8 or more are asked to choose a set menu for dining. Chef Hywel Jones will create a variety of menus for you to choose from.

Lucknam Park understands the importance of building relationships and rewarding team members. After a busy day in the office or an intense board meeting, try one of their relaxing or adventurous onsite activities as listed below. 

Equestrian Centre - Why not add an equestrian activity into your package as a team building exercise to suit all abilities. 

Spa - All overnight packages include full use of the spa facilities and gym. Spa treatments can be booked additionally and charged a supplement. 

Sports - Onsite there are two tennis courts, a 5-a-side football pitch, Croquet on the front lawn and outdoor gym for all to enjoy

Workshops - Enjoy a cocktail masterclass, wine or cheese tasting session. The hotel's Sommelier and Head of Cheese would be delighted to make your event a little bit more memorable. 

Other activities such as Country Sports & Games such as archery, clay pigeon shooting, duck herding, falconry, etc can also be arranged, as can a Big Tent for you to run your very own bake off competition or put on a show. The estate has the land to make your ideas come to life. 

Accommodation 

Each of the 29 rooms, 13 suites and 9 cottages are a treasure trove of antiques and collectables, perfectly balanced with contemporary comforts. These thoughtfully curated finishes and flourishes give these spaces a real sense of home that’s so rarely found beyond your own.
