Hartham Park offers a collection of elegant and flexible conference and meeting spaces designed to accommodate everything from private board meetings to large-scale conferences for up to 220 delegates. Several rooms can interconnect, creating adaptable layouts and breakout areas, ideal for productive events. Each space is equipped with modern presentation technology including high-quality screens, speakers and reliable connectivity with uncontended 10Gbps/10Gbps fibre. 
 
The dedicated boardroom provides a refined setting for executive meetings, complete with advanced technology and a private kitchenette. Events are supported by a professional on-site catering team who provide exceptional food and refreshments throughout the day.

Elegant event spaces, professional sound systems, presentation screens and a stylish bar create the perfect atmosphere for memorable gatherings, complemented by exceptional food from our experienced on-site caterers. The Ballroom opens directly onto the Rose Garden in front of the Mansion House, allowing events to flow seamlessly between the indoor space and the stunning gardens. Guests can also enjoy drinks in the elegant Churchill Bar, creating a sophisticated setting for receptions and evening celebrations. 
  
During the summer months, guests can enjoy the stunning parkland and outdoor spaces which are ideal for wedding receptions, garden parties, drinks receptions and relaxed celebrations surrounded by the Cotswolds countryside. The Ballroom’s direct access onto the Rose Garden provides a beautiful setting where celebrations can extend outdoors in front of the Mansion House.

Accommodation 

Hartham Park offers three distinctive on-site cottages, each designed with its own character and charm. Maze Garden Cottage is a stylish one-bedroom retreat, Gate Lodge offers two bedrooms, and Church Lodge is a spacious three-bedroom cottage featuring both a ground-floor bedroom and a twin room. The one- and two-bedroom cottages also include sofa beds within the living areas, providing flexible accommodation for event guests. 
 

Social Impact

Hartham Park is proud to partner with Wiltshire Air Ambulance, supporting the essential lifesaving work they provide across the region.
