We will be showcasing the region’s meeting, incentive, conference and event offering at the annual trade show which is taking place at the ICC, Birmingham on Tuesday 28th October. Partnering with the Bureau on the stand are six exciting venues –  Bristol Beacon, SS Great Britain, Apex City of Bath Hotel, University of Bristol Venues and Events, The Bristol Hotel and Bath's Historic Venues.

Bristol Beacon

Bristol Beacon is a music charity, renowned venue and award-winning music education hub. Their once-in-a-generation transformation is complete, and their stunning spaces are ready for your event!

Following their refurbishment, Bristol Beacon is now one of the best and most accessible venues in Europe. They're also committed to environmental sustainability and are working towards being the UK’s first net zero concert hall by 2030. 

Brunel's SS Great Britain

Step aboard the SS Great Britain and offer your delegates an event experience like no other. Apex City of Bath hotel

Apex City of Bath Hotel is well located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from Bath Spa railway station and walkable to all major attractions within Bath. The hotel is just 12 minutes from Bristol by train and 90 minutes from London, it offers the perfect conference hub for business professionals. The hotel is home to Bath's largest purpose-build conference facility with the main conference room which caters for up to 400 delegates for large events and exhibitions. 

Each of the stylish 177 modern rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring walk-in showers, baths, eco-friendly amenities, and the latest bedding technology. The hotel has a fully equipped gym, pool, restaurant, and bar to make your stay convenient and enjoyable whether for business or leisure. The hotel does not have parking facilities. The closest car park is Charlotte Street Car Park at BA1 2NE. 

University of Bristol Venues and Events

The magnificent neo-gothic oak panelled Great Hall on the University precinct seats up to 800 delegates or a banquet for 250. Bedroom accommodation, including many en-suite rooms, is available in Clifton with all the amenities of a bustling city, and also in Stoke Bishop, a quiet suburban setting on the edge of acres of open grassland.

The Bristol Hotel
