Apex City of Bath Hotel

They’ll kick off your evening with a welcome drink before you indulge in a feast of festive flavours, with a delicious three-course meal served with a half-bottle of wine.

Roman Baths & Pump Room 

Steeped in history, this iconic venue makes a stunning setting for festive gatherings, large or small. Guests can gather beside the steaming waters of the torchlit Great Bath, to enjoy drinks – perhaps some champagne, or a warming mulled wine. After arrival drinks, move upstairs to the Terrace, or into the grand Pump Room for festive dining or a party with a buffet or bowl food. If you're planning a very large event, you can hire the whole venue and accommodate up to 300 guests. 

The Terrace, with its view over the Great Bath, is both an intimate and atmospheric party venue. It can be combined with the adjoining Reception Hall, which has a central lit-up bar and space for dancing. For a more formal gathering, the Georgian Pump Room has a stage for live bands or a DJ, and there is also a Steinway piano in situ.

The Bird

The Bird's spaces are perfect for soireés with friends or colleagues for up to 40 guests, if your group is larger than 50, exclusive use is also available, from £800. There's also the option of their Festive Party Nights for those in smaller groups want to celebrate together in a larger party setting. Expect a delicious seasonal menu, festive tipples, cocktails on tap and a DJ spinning your favourite party classics. Discounted bedrooms are available if you are looking to bolt on an overnight stay.

Homewood Hotel & Spa

Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel  

Hold your own exclusive yuletide party, lunch or dinner in one of Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel’s four stunning private event spaces. These can accommodate anywhere from eight to 120 guests, while hire of the hotel is possible for larger numbers.
