Promoting Bristol, Bath and the West of England at The Meetings Show

Meet Bristol & Bath attended The Meetings Show on 28 and 29 June 2023. The show is the largest business to business trade show in the UK attracting both domestic and international event buyers.

During the two days, Meet Bristol & Bath had over 35 pre-booked appointments and met with many more contacts both old and new whilst on the stand. We were delighted to be joined on the Meet Bristol & Bath stand by our valued member venues; Aerospace Bristol, Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa, De Vere Tortworth Court and Mercure Holland House Hotel Bristol.

Following the show, in association with Meet England, Great Western Railway (GWR) and a selection of our valued venues and suppliers, we then welcomed 18 hosted buyers from England, Germany, France, Portugal, Italy and Dubai to Bristol & Bath so that they could learn all about the amazing venues and experiences that we have to offer in our region. The buyers visited were a mixture of associations, agents and corporate buyers and depending on their interests experienced De Vere Tortworth Court, Thornbury Castle, Aerospace Bristol, Harbour Hotel Bristol, Toot Bus, Bristol Packet, Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, Mercure Holland House Hotel Bristol, Hotel du Vin Bristol City Centre, The Avon Gorge by Hotel du Vin, Ashton Gate Stadium, The Roman Baths & Pump Room, The Gainsborough Hotel & Spa, Apex City of Bath Hotel, The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa, Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein, Wiper & True, 6 0’Clock Gin, Harvey Nichols and Wake The Tiger.
