Our dedicated Travel Trade team works with DMCs, wholesalers, ground handlers, tour operators, travel agents and transport companies. We provide free, expert support to help you sell this region to your clients with confidence.
Who we are
We've been working with the travel trade for many years, building relationships with key buyers and matching them with the best local product the region has to offer. We know Bath, Bristol and the West of England inside out and we're here to make it easier for you to know it too.
The region offers a compelling proposition for international and domestic visitors alike. Bristol is a UNESCO Creative City of Film, known for its independent spirit, harbourside, culture and world-famous street art. Bath is the UK's only entire UNESCO World Heritage city, with a further accreditation as part of the Great Spa Towns of Europe. Between them, and across the Cotswolds, Mendips, Somerset and Beyond, there's a depth and variety of product that keeps clients coming back.
Both cities are well connected by rail and road, easily accessible via Bristol Airport, and equally strong as standalone destinations or combined itineraries. They're a natural stop on routes between London, South Wales and the wider South West.

1. Destination knowledge and inspiration - We can provide suggested itineraries and guides covering food and drink, maritime heritage, film and TV locations and more, giving you everything you or your clients need to plan and build trips to the region.
2. Supplier connections and live enquiry support - Our Supplier Directory showcases trade-ready businesses across accommodation, activities, experiences, transport, private tours and more. For live enquiries, our Destination Triage service connects you directly with local businesses that have availability and want your business.
3. Events, trade shows and familiarisation trips - We represent the region at major international and domestic trade events throughout the year, including WTM, ITB Berlin and Britain & Ireland Marketplace (BIM), and host familiarisation visits so you can experience the destination first-hand.
