Update on Meet Bristol and Bath's activity this Autumn and Winter

Meet Bristol and Bath will be attending a number of trade events during late 2022 and early 2023, representing the region and its members.

The Convention Bureau team will be meeting with key influencers in the Meeting, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) market to discuss new developments in the region and to showcase its destinations as the very best place to bring business events. CHS Birmingham – 1 November 2022

Meet Bristol and Bath has a stand at this event and will be carrying out one-to-one meetings with agents, associations and corporate buyers. The bureau is delighted to be joined by its members Aerospace Bristol, De Vere Tortworth Court, Mercure Bristol Holland House and Thornbury Castle. 

South Gloucestershire Business Show at UWE – 9 to 10 November 2022
Visit West and Meet Bristol and Bath have a stand at this regional business show. The team will also participate in a panel discussion highlighting the importance of meetings and events to the Local Visitor Economy.

Visit Britain European Trade Mission in Paris and Brussels – 22 to 24 November 2022

This event will include one-to-one meetings, presentations and networking with French and Belgian buyers over three days.

IBTM, Barcelona – 29 November to 1 December 2022
Meet Bristol and Bath will be sharing a stand with Visit Britain at one of the largest meeting and event exhibitions in Europe. Over the three days, the team will participate in pre-booked appointments with buyers, destination presentations and attend a hosted MeetEngland dinner with European MICE agencies that book international meetings and incentives. 

Visit Britain Annual Ambassador Reception at The Royal Society London – 12 December 2022

The Ambassador Reception will see Meet Bristol and Bath shaping the future of Business Events with industry sector leaders. It is an opportunity to promote the region's economic and academic strengths sector and to celebrate Regional Ambassadors for their invaluable support in bringing important business events into Bristol and Bath. 

West Coast America Trade Mission in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Orange County – 6 to 9 March 2023

Meet Bristol and Bath will be joining Visit Britain on this trade mission to the United States' West Coast, involving one-to-one meetings, presentations, and networking with American associations, agents, DMCs and association buyers over the three days.
