About
BANK is an independent neighbourhood restaurant nestled in the heart of South Bristol, only a ten-minute walk from Temple Meads station.
Cooked over live fire, the seasonal menu takes inspiration from diverse fire cooking traditions across the globe - perfect for a light lunch or a leisurely feast shared among friends and family.
With nearly 20 years experience in professional kitchens, head chef and co-owner, Jack Briggs-Horan is passionate about using fire to bring the very best out of incredible seasonal produce.
Among a host of recent awards, BANK was included in SquareMeal’s Top 100 Restaurants for 2025.
Sunday roasts
Available every Sunday from 12pm - 7pm, BANK is serving up roast dinners with homegrown vegetables alongside meat sourced within a 30-mile radius.
The Sunday menu offers a choice of roasts and sharing roasts, accompanied by produce harvested from the restaurant’s own veg plot - hitting all the sweet spots of the traditional roast dinner, while bringing the best of the grill into play across each of the dishes and sides.
BANK was included in The Good Food Guide’s Best Sunday Roast Top 50 in 2024.
