The Grand Pier is open 7 days a week from 11am Monday – Friday and from 10am Saturday – Sunday (Open from 10am every day throughout North Somerset school Holidays and Bank Holidays).

Is the Grand Pier dog-friendly?
Dogs are welcome at The Grand Pier, Weston-super-Mare, and as well as dogs and their owners being able to enjoy the fun atmosphere and spectacular views on one of the UK’s best-loved piers, there will be water stations dotted around, biscuit treats available, special dog-friendly ice cream and even the UK’s first ever ‘Doggy Grab Game’ Find out more about 'Paws on the Pier' here.
Accessibility
The Grand Pier is accessible for wheelchair users and can cater for anyone with other specific access requirements. Parking is available right opposite the Grand Pier in the Sovereign Centre car park, and the X1 bus stops on the bus stop directly outside. All buses can accommodate one wheelchair.
The Grand Pier is based on two floors with lift and escalator access to both floors. The restaurant and cafes are all situated on the ground floor with step-free access.
Noise-reducing headphones and tinted glasses can be obtained from the Grand Café on the ground floor of the pavilion, as well as the Gift Shop located on the 1st floor. These provide individuals with sensory sensitivities the ability to customise their environment and minimise potential stress triggers. A small deposit of £5 is required, and customers may keep hold of the items for the duration of one day.
