People eating pizza at Pizza On The Park

About

Pizza on the Park is a true community restaurant; they have been working with a wide range of incredible Bristolian talent – food suppliers, brewers, artists and crafts people.

They are open for eat in (make a booking here), take away and delivery via Uber eats.

Their pizza is a thin and crispy Neapolitan style. Their pizza dough is made on site using an innovative pre-fermentation method known as BIGA, where it is proved for a minimum of 48 hour, then topped by their pizzaioli who cook every pizza in the oven to order. The 48hr proving means they’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast in their dough, so the pizzas are light and easily digestible.

Alongside this they wanted to offer some healthier and more interesting options. Their menu includes generous vegan options and they have also worked very hard on their gluten free pizza dough. To drink they’re serving local beers, cocktails, organic and vegan wines as well as great coffee from the guys at Extract in St. Werburghs.

They also have a giant 8 player Bonzini foosball table which is great fun.

They are blessed with some great Artistic talent here in Bristol and many of these artists are showcasing their work with them. You can support them by buying their work for as little as £45.

They are now offering large group bookings and party packages. There’s a choice of menus to suit different groups and budgets. With bookings of 10-120 people available. Take a look at what they’re offering here.
