Set within the elegant surrounds of a former bank in Bristol's vibrant Old City, the Secret Garden Afternoon Tea is a celebration of British summertime in full bloom. Expect artfully crafted pâtisseries, botanical infusions, and vibrant garden-inspired flavours including:
• Lemon blossom cheesecake on a crunchy biscuit base
• Chocolate mousse “plant pots” with edible soil and flowers
• Rose and raspberry macarons with delicate floral accents
• Pimm’s jelly topped with summer berries
• Cucumber & mint cream cheese sandwiches
• Garden pea and mint arancini, and smoked salmon dill blinis
• Freshly baked scones with clotted cream, berry jam and lemon balm butter
The tea is served with a choice of loose-leaf JING teas, and for a little sparkle, guests can add a glass of Prosecco or Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.
