The contemporary New American Garden is a tapestry of American prairie planting, with swathes of ornamental grasses and perennials, roses and thousands of daffodils and alliums. The Mount Vernon Garden takes its inspiration from George Washington’s estate in Virginia, where produce is now grown for the Deli.
