Accessibility

This hotel has 11 accessible rooms all equipped with roll in shower, and are adjoining with queen rooms where required. Vibrating pillows are available for those guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. Accessible public toilets, car parking spaces and a lowered reception desk is available for your convenience.

 

Family Friendly

Children are welcomed to the hotel with a range of activities including board games for all ages, books and colouring. A separate children’s menu is available, and parents with babies are able to use the hotels bottle warmer or a microwave to heat up baby food. High chairs are also available. Queen rooms equipped with a sofa bed are suitable for 2 children up to the age of 12 or 1 older child. For larger families, the hotel offers adjoining queen rooms with sofa bed and twin rooms which can collectively accommodate 2 adults and up to 4 children, dependant on age. Adjoining rooms can be requested on the hotel website and are subject to availability.

 

Dog Friendly

Pet owners are welcomed to the hotel with a welcome letter detailing what is offered at the hotel along with further information such as nearby vets, pet stores and pet-friendly outdoor spaces. Dog bowls and beds are provided for all dogs, and waste bags and snacks are available upon request. Pets are an additional charge of £20 per room per pet.

 

Group Bookings

250 metres from Bristol Airport’s main terminal via a direct walkway. Located just eight miles south of the city centre, with great transport links, it is easily accessible from anywhere in the South West. The Bristol Flyer provides transport into Bristol City Centre (35 minutes) and Bristol Temple Meads Train Station (25 minutes). From M5 North, leave the M5 at junction 18 (signposted A4 Bristol & Airport). Take the A4 towards Bristol following signs for the Airport. Go past Bristol City football ground and connect with the A38 towards Taunton, the Airport is situated 8 miles south of Bristol on the A38.
