The Wave

About

The Wave is an inland-surfing destination where everyone can surf on consistent safe waves all year round. It brings surfing, nature and a fresh way of thinking to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities - from a child stepping on a board for the first time, to a professional training for the Olympics.

It's the first destination of its kind in England and its Wavegarden Cove technology provides over 1,000 waves an hour. Every aspect of the surfing experience - perfect wave breaks, supportive lessons and tried and tested wetsuits and boards - have been designed to ensure that surfing is fun for all.

With a 200m surfing lake at its heart, set in an incredible green space, The Wave delivers an unrivalled inland surf experience suitable for all. At The Wave no-one is judged - except on competition days!

The Wave is not just an amazing surfing experience, it also has wonderful food and drink, food pop-ups in the Summer months, plenty of space to explore and enjoy outdoors and a shop selling surfboards, wetsuits and a range of The Wave products.
