Simi of Simi's Kitchen Bath teaching a cookery class

About

Located in Bath, Simi holds Persian cookery classes in her kitchen. All of her classes provide a memorable experience of authentic Persian/Azeri food and hospitality, and have been featured in the Guardian and Crumbs Magazine.

Whether you'd like an overview of Persian cookery, a masterclass in Persian rice or preserve-making, there is a class for you. Classes are more akin to a meal at a friend's house than a formal class.

Classes begin with homemade drinks and nibbles, and culminate in a feast of what you have made together, and includes salads, yoghurt, pickles and drinks, which is then followed by sweets, chai and chat.
