Looking for a different sort of team building activity that won’t require extensive planning, travel or prep? CityDays has just the thing: Treasure hunt-style adventures, with pub stops! Perfect for your Bath & Bristol Team Building Activity.

Get your team booked today.

CityDays urban adventures are suitable for diverse groups looking for a different way to explore their city, learn interesting facts, and encourage team building through co-operation. With the use of SMS and messaging apps, our characters lead players through puzzle-filled narratives that are interwoven into the physical environment of each city. Suitable for both visitors & residents, and for groups of all sizes. All that’s needed is a smartphone with plenty of charge, energy, and curiosity!

Trails can be set up at any time and used at any time. There’s no need to book a specific date. Bad weather? No problem! Users can start and stop at any time and the trail will still be waiting.

Groups work their way around trails by deciphering head-scratching clues and solving riddles about the area. Directions make use of local landmarks, fun and quirky details about surroundings, wordplay, and basic general knowledge. At each destination, the next set of directions will be revealed after correctly answering a question about the location. Sharp eyes and a sharp mind are helpful but not essential - more help is always available! See how the treasure hunt works here.

Routes lead around just some of each city’s amazing locations, leaving plenty for explorers to discover for themselves when finished. With pubs and café stops throughout, casual clue-seekers can take the tour at their own pace. Want to add a competitive edge? Trail-blazers can compare themselves on leader boards with each team receiving their final time-taken at the end of the trail with penalties given for number of hints and lost prompts used.

With treasure hunts across the UK & internationally, CityDays have over half a decade’s experience in offering immersive days out.

Reviews about The Secret City:

“Would highly recommend for a day out! We completed the secret city as a team social with our university and all thoroughly enjoyed!” (Annie L, TripAdvisor)

“Thoroughly enjoyed the walking Treasure Hunt, the clues were well thought out and are suitably challenging for different age groups. We were a group of 10 ladies away for the weekend, our ages ranged from 22 to 70! Loved the fact it took us to places we didn't know existed.” (Helen T, Trip Advisor)

“Great clues & 2 historic pubs to stop at. Any problems you can message via WhatsApp & they message back straight away. We can't wait to book another one. Such a different & enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours!” (Linda L, Trip Advisor)
